Hollow Eve has spent the last two decades in San Francisco, exploring the medium of drag and becoming enamored with the limitless variation of performance style and art it embodies. A descendant of the Haus of Rude, Hollow's art has a foundation in Choosing Death, Phatima Rude’s philosophy that centers the death of ego. A journey of emotional processing and catharsis in art is an act of anti-capitalism in a world where feeling is demonized and not feeling is monetized. They use body modification, blood and ritual to exorcise fear from their life and expand potentiality. Authenticity, critical thinking and emotional processing through queer storytelling is the nature of their drag and they believe whole heartedly that through art the LGBTQIA+ community can heal their divides.
